PD-7001G/AC Midspan
PD-7001G is a new One-Port High-Power Gigabit Power over
Ethernet (PoE) Midspan, added to the PowerDsine Midspan product portfolio.
The PD-7001G is a solution to the growing demand for PoE which powers
end-terminals above the 15.4W supported by the existing 802.3af standard, as a
step towards 802.3at - PoE's high power standard.
The PD-7001G allows a safe and cost effective PoE solution for Ethernet end terminals. More devices can
be powered via the network, thus eliminating the need to use a power supply and
install costly power outlets close to the end device.
